In this issue, the contracting team is happy to share with us updates about new hotels opened in 2011 and new upcoming products by the end of this year:
This year we’ve seen many new openings of hotels in Dubai which we’re already working closely with them, namely Kempinski the Palm, Radisson Blu down-town, Park Regis, Citymax, Ramada Jumeirah, Centro Al Barsha, Byblos Marina, Auris Hotel apartments Deira, the Westin Abu Dhabi, cristal Abu Dhabi & lots of other properties.

The new hotels which we’ve signed preferred agreements with & are still expected to open by the end of this year are:
- Hilton Residence Jumeirah (JBR)
- Millennium Plaza (Shk Zayed Rd)
- Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi (Saadiyat Island)
- Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi
- St. Regis (Saadiyat Island)
- Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi.
The highlight of the past Two months:
Citymax hotel Bur Dubai: We’ve seen great results with the special deal which we’ve signed in September which resulted of an average of 150 rooms per day in this hotel.
