For the past decade, company mergers have been a trend in Europe, since small individual companies are not being able to compete within this highly competitive climate. Companies gather forces and client base, to strengthen their purchasing
power, and widen their product.

The latest of these mergers is between Silverjet Vakanties and Royal Tours in the Netherlands. The first one develops up-market products, while the latter specialize in medium level travel arrangements.
Silverjet is already a partner to Alpha Tours, while Royal Tours are operating through another DMC, so it was a tough bid for us to get both accounts, but we DID IT...
