2007 was the year when Dubai positioned itself as a regional hub for the cruise industry. It is the year when Costa Cruises, Europe’s number 1 cruise line, located Costa Classica, one of their smaller ships in Dubai.
Our partnership with Costa Cruises started then, but it was never easy to maintain such an account. The first bid was against Orient Tours, and we won it.
2008 was a bid against 5 other DMC’s and we also won it. In 2009 & 2010, we won the bid against Gulf Ventures. 2011 won’t be us !!! It is unfortunate to lose an account, but this might be beneficial for us.

In the past years, Costa have achieved record high customer service levels in Dubai, thanks to our team who were dedicated, supportive and professional, but in the commercial world, figures talk louder.
Once they experience other DMC’s, we are quite sure that we will get the chance again next year !!!
