In order to make reservations, travel agencies/Tour Operators must have an account number and a password. This safety measure will allow Alpha Tours to identify you as a registered travel agency/Tour operator.

In order to make a booking through this tool, you will also need to provide Alpha Tours with personal information on each physical individual for whom you wish to make a reservation. The personal information required to complete a transaction will only be that which is considered essential by our service suppliers. The following information will generally be required for each physical individual for whom you wish to make a reservation : first and last name, phone number(s), the number and expiry date of the credit card used to pay for the transaction when applicable and passport number (required in some cases). Before disclosing any personal information about a physical individual, the travel agency/tour operator must first have received, on behalf of Alpha Tours, the approval of the physical individual(s) concerned.

In regards to all personal information other than those essential to the reservation, Alpha Tours commits not to disclose any personal information to third parties about an individual for whom a reservation was made, unless it is first approved in writing / e-mail, by the agency authority of the  travel agency/tour operator or by the physical individual concerned or unless Alpha Tours is required and/or authorized by law.
