Explore the Manhattan of the Middle East
The capital city of the UAE and its administrative nerve centre, Abu Dhabi is also among the world’s fastest growing holiday and tourist destinations. Beautiful lagoons, beaches, nature reserves, golf and race courses aside, Abu Dhabi has fascinating spots like the Petroleum Exhibition and the Heritage Village.
En route is Jebel Ali Port and Free Zone – home to the largest man-made port in the world. The incredible capital city skyline, the corniche, Al Hisn Fort, the old souk and the Breakwater Island all together make up an amazing sight and great photo opportunity. Later, the tour passes the president’s palace, to the Dhow Yard and Batinah Harbour where the traditional wooden boats (dhows) are made. After an elaborate lunch we begin the drive back to Dubai, stopping at the Sports City on the way.
